You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use hoa789. We enforce strict age verification at registration and at withdrawal review. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
Each individual may hold exactly one active hoa789 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated bonuses voided. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity periods are stated explicitly at the time of each promotion. Misuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for most Indonesian bank channels (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and within 5 minutes for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Requests requiring KYC review may take up to 24 hours.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automation tools, and any attempt to exploit system errors are strictly prohibited. hoa789 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold funds where prohibited activity is detected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable gaming regulations under the jurisdiction in which hoa789 is licensed. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under those same regulations.
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, carry the meanings set out below:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on the hoa789 Platform. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. hoa789 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Member cannot satisfy this requirement.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily designed to serve players based in Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hoa789 does not accept registrations from individuals located in Restricted Territories. Access from a Restricted Territory — including through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool — is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
2.3 Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.
2.4 Exclusion of Problem Gamblers. If you have previously self-excluded from hoa789 or from any other gambling platform, or if you are on a national exclusion register, you are not eligible to register or use the Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of this Agreement.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active hoa789 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. hoa789 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be suspended, all pending bonuses will be voided, and any accumulated bonus-funded winnings may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of this Agreement and may constitute fraud.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. hoa789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify hoa789 immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Account Closure. hoa789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in violation of this Agreement, applicable law, or hoa789's internal risk policies. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to the Member via the most recent withdrawal method used.
4.1 Verification Requirement. hoa789 is obligated to verify the identity of its Members in accordance with its international licensing conditions and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered at any point during a Member's lifetime on the Platform.
4.2 Required Documents. To satisfy KYC requirements, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
4.3 Processing Time. KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. hoa789 will not process withdrawal requests for accounts with outstanding KYC requirements. The Platform bears no liability for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to submit complete and legible documentation.
4.4 Data Handling. All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in strict accordance with hoa789's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or our licensing authority.
5.1 Accepted Methods. hoa789 accepts deposits via the following channels for Indonesian players:
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion stipulates a higher minimum. Minimum deposit requirements for bonus eligibility are stated separately in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Deposit Confirmation. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are confirmed in real time under normal operating conditions. Where a deposit is not reflected in your account balance within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. hoa789 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits traced to third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.5 No Deposit Fees. hoa789 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges; hoa789 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party fees.
6.1 Processing Time. hoa789 processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes under normal operating conditions:
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by membership tier and payment method. Members at Silver, Gold, and Platinum VIP tiers have progressively higher daily withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within the Member's account dashboard.
6.3 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the hoa789 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined. This policy exists to protect Members against fraud and to comply with AML obligations.
6.4 Wagering Requirement Compliance. Withdrawals are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Where a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering requirements are satisfied, hoa789 will either decline the request or process only the portion of the balance not subject to wagering requirements, at its discretion.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. hoa789 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees; hoa789 has no control over these and accepts no liability for third-party charges.
6.6 Right to Review. hoa789 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review, fraud screening, or KYC verification. The Platform will notify the Member if a withdrawal is placed under review and will communicate the expected resolution timeline.
7.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible Members who meet the specific criteria stated in each promotion's terms. hoa789 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its discretion, including where suspicious wagering patterns are detected.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and validity periods are stated explicitly for each bonus at the time of issuance.
7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guide:
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or partially wagered bonus funds will expire upon the expiry date stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.
7.5 Abuse of Bonuses. hoa789 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to lock in profit from bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and structuring bets to exploit bonus terms. Where abuse is detected, hoa789 reserves the right to void all bonus-funded winnings, reclaim bonus funds, and suspend the account.
7.6 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or sold. A Member who does not wish to claim a bonus may contact support to have it removed from their account before wagering commences.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by hoa789. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, odds manipulation, or system error.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Limits vary by sport, market type, event, and membership tier. hoa789 may impose individual stake limits on specific accounts without prior notice.
8.3 Odds and Prices. All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. hoa789 makes no representation that displayed pre-event odds will remain available at the time of placement.
8.4 Palpable Errors. Where hoa789 determines that odds, prices, or payouts were published as the result of a manifest error (including but not limited to human error, data feed errors, or technical failure), it reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
8.5 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available on selected sports markets. If any leg of a mix parlay is voided, the remaining legs are recalculated as a reduced accumulator. Minimum qualifying odds per leg are stated at the time of bet placement.
8.6 Togel Draw Rules. Togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by the official draw outcome of the referenced market (Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel SDY, etc.). hoa789 uses independently verified data feeds for draw results. In the event of a disputed result, the official draw authority's published outcome is final.
8.7 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events (goals, red cards, penalty decisions). Bets placed during a suspension will be voided and stakes returned. hoa789 accepts no liability for connectivity issues that prevent a Member from placing or amending a live bet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hoa789 Platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the hoa789 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game content, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of hoa789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. hoa789 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights. hoa789 operates these games under valid licence agreements with each respective studio.
11.1 No Warranty. The hoa789 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hoa789 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hoa789 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, and loss of opportunity.
11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, hoa789's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. hoa789 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or banking system disruptions.
hoa789's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
In summary, hoa789 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in). We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not share it except as required by our licensing obligations or applicable law.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Any real-money balance will be returned to you in accordance with clause 3.4.
14.3 Version History. The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms & Conditions came into effect. Previous versions are available upon written request to our support team.
15.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoa789 holds its international gaming licence. The Platform does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and it is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails to produce a resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the licensing authority's dispute resolution framework. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and hoa789 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
